As much fun as we had during the Maryland\/Washington leg of our US tour, there was plenty more fun (and food) to be had up north in Connecticut! <\/p>\n

It was a wonderful few days of catching up with family and friends, highlighted by our first introduction to nephew Alex and cousin Kieva. Both are ridiculously cute, as you’ll see from the pictures below.<\/p>\n

Another great highlight was our “tour” of Berkshire Brewing Company (even though we never made it out of the tasting room). We got to meet one of Mike’s heros, Gary – BBC co-owner.<\/p>\n

And what trip would be complete without our first taste of Connecticut pulled pork? It was pretty good and certainly held its own against the big boys.<\/p>\n
