What better introduction than Pork in the Park, the largest Kansas City Barbecue Society-sanctioned (apparently this is a big deal) competition on the East Coast.<\/p>\n<p>While we didn&#8217;t get to sample from the competitive smokers (not that we didn&#8217;t try), there was food for purchase, classic rock from a great cover band and good company.
