It has happened a few times already, so we are no strangers to the fun, but another two-party day happened not long ago. As friends turned 4 and 5, C enjoyed a busy day of playing!

Home Stretch of K-Prep
Like millions of other students across the country, September brought a new school year. C is officially a big man on campus, as he joined more than a dozen other classmates in Kindergarten Prep. He was very excited to set off on his new adventure, and a final year at his school before Kindergarten comes!
Away Around the Corner
While only a few miles away, a quick overnight at National Harbor felt a world away as we rang in the end of summer. Pool, “beach”, treats and more, it was a nice escape just 20 minutes down the road!
Water Boys
While the boys are no stranger to the water – Colin especially – July and August brought some firsts in the pool. It was the first time at the neighborhood pool, and Owen’s first-ever swim lessons! All in all, a great time and warm memories as summer winds down!
At Home and “Afar” in OC
While we spent the great majority of our trip on the beach or boardwalk in Ocean City, there was plenty of condo fun, as well as a few trips out and about in the car for food and fun games!

We were super spoiled during this year’s trip to Ocean City, staying right on the boardwalk in the thick of it all. Here are the highlights out of the water!
Beachin’ Good Time
Another summer means another trip to Ocean City, MD. This time, Owen was able to experience the sights, smells, sounds and even a few tastes of this beach-side hot spot. While our first two days were a bust weather-wise, the weather soon rebounded and we enjoyed many days of sunshine and fun outside!
A Fun First Fourth
We stayed home for the 4th of July – Owen’s first – and had a great time with friends. It was a little wet and wild, finished off with some fireworks that we could see from just a few blocks away. Happy birthday, USA!
Visitors in July
We enjoyed a fun-filled weekend in July with visitors from CT. It was great to have the space for them in the new house! Come back again soon Katy, Harper and Dy!
