A Fall Photoshoot

Thanks to the talents of Paula Paiva Photography, we got to capture the beauty of the season (and us frolicking in the woods for a half hour). All we have to say is thank goodness for the nearby playground to use as a bribe. Victory was ours!

Fourth Time’s a Charm

It took a few years, but – man – Colin has embraced Halloween in all its glory! While a little of a slow start at the school Halloween parade, the boy let loose for trick or treating with buddy Aidan. It was 1.5 hours of running up and down hills and stairs until his Darth…

A Hershey Halloween

Since one chocolate factory wasn’t enough for C, we hit two in two weeks with a trip to Hershey Park in the Dark. There were rides, trick or treating and even a zoo, making this chocolate-themed experience hard to beat!

Colin’s third birthday affair was low-key but tons of fun with the family! We enjoyed the hospitality of Fredrick, MD’s best pizzeria, topped off with some sweet cupcakes and quality time with loved ones. Colin’s favorite part was the whole time!

The Yummiest Place on Earth

Our special trip out of London was to Cadbury World in Bournville. This magical area had a smell of chocolate in the air, had the largest Cadbury shop in the world and had a few rides and attractions all under one roof to spend the day. We came home exhausted but sweeter!

Adventures Along the Thames

Brian had joined the London party, so that meant a few more hot spots – many along the Thames River. We even went on a cruise and took in the sites from the water (with more playground time, of course).

Olympic Aspirations

Colin got Olympic fever in London, that is in toy store playing and playground adventuring. On the most epic day of the trip, we visited two playgrounds and two toy stores. With no rest for the weary, we set out the next day for a visit in Olympic Park. For some reason, the Brits love…
