We spent a fair bit of our time in Boston outside the city, experiencing new places like Salem and catching up with good friends. After weather delayed our arrival by 6 hours, we were treated to a lovely weekend the rest of our stay!

Back to Beantown

To end Brian’s birthday week, we celebrated with a long weekend in the Boston area (again). While we were in and out of the city, we made sure to hit all the classic spots – from Newbury to North End and Fenway for the boys’ first game.

Best of the Rest (of Boston)

We had a great 4th of July weekend in Boston, but spent more of the second half of the trip indoors as the heat truly set in and a rainy evening cooled and wet things down.

Boston Means Food, Fun and Baseball!

We headed north for 4th of July to spend the long weekend eating well, playing a lot and taking in some famous sites. It was hotter than normal, but that didn’t stop an action-packed first part of the weekend – with Faneuil Hall, North End, a city tour and time at Fenway Park!
