While the water park is the main attraction, there’s definitely more to Great Wolf Lodge than getting wet. Colin and Owen lived it up both in the water and on dry land.
The family tradition continues, as the Tuckers set out to reacquaint Colin and introduce Owen to wet, wild and wonderful Great Wolf Lodge. Colin was fearless in the waves and down the slide, while Owen soaked it all in – literally and figuratively.
While being in Florida was a treat in itself, we made it extra special with breakfast with Minnie, Donald and Goofy at a nearby hotel! It was Colin’s second time meeting some of these Disney characters, and obviously Owen’s introduction to large, costumed animals. All in all, a fun morning!

While there were countless fun memories in Myrtle Beach, including lots of pool and beach time with the family, a special activity was a pirate adventure – the second for Colin this summer. He earned his pirate hat and treasure for sure, whether battling fellow shipmates, hauling up the treasure chest or swabbing the deck!
Myrtle Beach has a lot to offer like many beach towns – boardwalk, carnival rides, beach, pool and lots and lots of treats! Colin experienced all of this and more…including some atypical activities for a nearly 4-year old (like gambling!).
