Last Bit of Holiday Magic

On the last day possible, we soaked up some holiday magic at Meadowlark Winter Walk of Lights. It was a bright spot in one of the dreariest months of the year for sure and a tradition we’ve come to truly enjoy! With warm coats and hot chocolate, we set out to see it all!

Christmas Day 2023

We didn’t manage to sleep very well, but we were rewarded with an exciting Christmas morning filled with Santa-driven surprises and a relaxing morning to try and recuperate!

Christmas Eve Chaos

It was a gloomy Christmas Eve, but a fun one with family and a little adventure as we got out to the White House to see the National Christmas Tree before a Christmas Eve dinner and gifts with some very excited boys!

More Colorado Winter Fun

While skiing and snowmobiling were two highlights, it wasn’t the only fun we had. From meeting horses, to sledding, hot tubbing and Zoo Lights, we experienced as much fun as we could among the mountains and snow.

A Merry Christmas Eve

The Pohorylo gang was all there for a record-breaking cold Christmas Eve. Like Thanksgiving, we enjoyed some amazing fried turkey, opened presents and watched the Grinch before preparing for Santa’s arrival!

A Disney Christmas

No rest for the weary, as we had another long park day during our weekend at Disney. We hit all our favorite rides, recharged with a dinner at Cinderella castle, and enjoyed Mickey’s Christmas party with more rides, shows, fireworks and a parade!

Christmas at Epcot

While we’ve enjoyed Disney at Halloween and springtime, we’ve never experienced it at Christmas. To rectify that, we had a fast-and-furious two days at the parks making most of the festive season. Our first stop was Epcot, where we took in the Festival of the Holidays, including special treats and the Candlelight Processional narrated by…
