Our slow but steady quest to visit all seven Emirates hit another milestone last month as Meg and I made our way to Ras al-Khaimah! The last Emirate to join the UAE, RAK is known for ceramics. In fact, it has the largest ceramics factory in the world. Lacking in tourist activities, we never saw it, but definitely enjoyed the beaches and beverages that RAK offered.
