After a great first half of a trip to Punta Cana, we were challenged a bit as Owen fell culprit to traveler’s diarrhea. It came to a head after a quiet New Years celebration in the room. He benefited from an overnight hospital stay on New Year Day to get fluids and antibiotics in his system, so our last day and a half on the island was split.
