After years of lapsed fine dining due to the arrival of a certain little dude (cough cough Colin cough), we were determined to make up for lost time by sampling the top three Michelin-rated restaurants in the D.C. area. It took six months, but mission accomplished – and it was quite delicious!

Inn at Little Washington, Pineapple and Pearls and Minibar all had their merits, but the chef’s counter at P&P rose slightly to the top. While it may be a very long while before we visit these places again, we’re feeling satisfied for now!
