Mother’s Day weekend was quite different than last year’s, with a 20-pound baby in tow to make it one to remember. It was an action-packed day, starting with the usual 7 a.m. “go time” in Connecticut, continuing on with a family brunch with the whole gang and then leading to a plane ride back to DC. Quite the whirlwind, yet an unforgettable day!
